“I liked how big of an operation they are running at the Eaton plant. Although I was just the engineering Co-Op, I ended up helping out a lot of operators in every single area of the plant which really allowed me to get a lot of experience and knowledge in many different areas of work. I also really liked the engineers that work there. They taught me a lot and helped me out when I needed it the most.”

First, a lot of projects required team work which was helpful to learn from teammates and work with people with different job titles. I enjoyed being challenged to learn new softwares and skills. Moreover, I learned a lot about 3D printing which is something I had never done before. Overall, I really liked the job itself between the different work, the atmostohere, and people. ”
