“I absolutely loved how supported I felt as an intern starting out for such a huge company. Each intern had a TC, or transitional coach, who was someone within their first of second year at KPMG and was great for asking little questions and things that you may feel too scared to ask someone higher up and just someone who's been in our shoes so recently but has enough experience to help give guidance and advice. Each intern also had a PML, or performance management leader, who was higher up in the company (likely a manager or higher) who would meet with you after each engagement was complete and go over how everything was going. I found this really helpful and it made me feel very supported.”
