“I loved that I was able to use and improve my critical thinking skills when it came to solving problems. A lot of data collection and coding needed to be figured out, usually independently, to solve problems and find answers to those problems, which really helped in my understanding of the entire data research process. Everyone on the team openly communicated with one another and they all responded in a relatively quick time frame to any questions I had. I had plenty of opportunities to share my progress and present important metrics and findings to the team and to the entire company in our town hall meetings.”

“The data analyst team was relatively unstructured, so I had the opportunity to choose areas that I was interested in pursuing. I was interested in gathering community data regarding trending shows and games, so I decided to create tools in that area. Other interns analyzed data about topics they were passionate about, such as trading card games, figurines, etc. I enjoyed this freedom to explore different fields, as well as the opportunities to collaborate with other like-minded interns.”
