Undergraduate Student Lab Assistant
Join Our Clinical and Research Lab at the Molecular Otolaryngology and Renal Research Laboratories!
Are you passionate about biological and medical sciences? Eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic clinical and research environment? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as an Undergraduate Student Lab Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations of a large clinical and research laboratory
- Aliquot and archive patient samples
- Complete scheduled quality assessments
- Maintain the organization of patient long-term storage
Work Schedule:
- Laboratory hours are Monday through Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Flexible scheduling around class commitments during the semester
- Potential for up to 40 hours/week during Summer 2025/2026, as well as Winter and Spring breaks
Qualifications:
- Interest in biological and medical sciences preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Excellent communication skills
