Account / Project Manager

The Account / Project Manager serves as a critical liaison between Wendover Art Group and its Residential and Commercial customers. This individual is the primary point of contact, responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing custom orders, and ensuring seamless communication across internal departments—from design through production, logistics, and delivery. A successful candidate will have a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with operational efficiency and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, building strong, lasting relationships while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen partnerships.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring every order is flawlessly executed from accurate scheduling and production to on-time delivery while maintaining a proactive “no surprises” approach to customer communication.
  • Solve challenges with creativity and precision, addressing product, quality, and delivery concerns in a way that balances customer satisfaction with operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate across the organization—partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, and external vendors to align schedules, materials, and production processes for seamless order fulfillment.
  • Leverage technology and analytics (CRM, ERP, FileMaker, Excel) to track project milestones, manage data, and provide insights that drive smarter decisions and improved performance.
  • Represent Wendover with professionalism and enthusiasm at trade shows, markets, and client events, strengthening relationships, promoting the brand, and showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation.

What Else Do We Look For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Art, Design, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, project management, or customer service preferably in manufacturing or design-related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and professional demeanor.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound, strategic decisions under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
