Medical Director – Lead Our Occupational Health Team
At the Naval Nuclear Laboratory, the well-being of our people is mission-critical. We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our Occupational Medicine Program, provide expert clinical care, and set the standard for medical excellence across our organization.

In This Role, You Will:

• Deliver hands-on clinical care through physicals, assessments, and emergency treatment.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a supportive, high-performing medical team.
• Advise senior leadership on workplace health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Manage regulatory compliance, medical records, and program budgets.
• Oversee workers’ compensation cases and collaborate on ADA-related workplace solutions.
