We are currently seeking intern/co-op candidates to learn with us as they engage in a variety of hands-on projects alongside our high-performing and authentic Program Management team.
Position Summary
As a Program Management Intern focusing on new product development, you will assist in managing and coordinating projects that bring new medical devices from concept to market. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, product development processes, and cross-functional team collaboration within the medical device industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and tracking of project milestones and deliverables
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project status updates and ensure alignment with project goals
- Help identify and address potential project risks and issues
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and improvements
- Perform research and analysis to support project decisions and strategies
Training to be Provided
Students will be exposed to working with various departments within Bracco Medical Technologies (BMT). They will learn key requirements that need to be followed in a regulated environment such as the medical device industry.
Additionally, our interns benefit from a buddy program, career development programming, and opportunities to build their professional networks virtually and in-person with BMT professionals.
Qualifications
Minimum -
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in project management and the medical device industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Eden Prairie, Minnesota (no relocation or housing assistance available)
Term/Hours
- May start dates are preferred, but other start dates may be considered.
- Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation & Total Rewards:
Estimated Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.00/hour
*Estimated Starting Pay Range is reflective of the range Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The range provided is based on compensation and market data specific to the position.
