Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Blog Writing Intern to contribute to our online presence by writing blog posts on topics related to mental health, counseling, and personal growth. This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in psychology, counseling, communications, English, or related fields who are passionate about mental health and enjoy writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and write engaging blog posts on topics related to counseling, mental health, wellness, and self-care.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accuracy and alignment with the practice’s values and therapeutic approaches.
- Adapt content for readability, SEO, and audience engagement.
- Assist with brainstorming blog ideas that highlight therapy specialties, coping strategies, and current mental health trends.
- Proofread and edit drafts for grammar, clarity, and tone.
- Participate in content planning meetings and contribute creative ideas.
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student majoring in Psychology, Counseling, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
- Interest in mental health and wellness topics.
- Ability to write with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn.
