Management Training Program Iowa

CED's Management Training Program is a multi-phase full time training program focused on sales and leadership and is designed to prepare candidates to manage their own business--taking over a Profit Center location.
Throughout the 2-2.5 year paid training program, Management Trainees learn all aspects of the electrical distribution field with a focus on business management, sales, and entrepreneurship. Key competencies include:

Each trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job training and supplemented with classroom and online module training. Trainees will visit manufacturing partners, vendors, and participate in many training/networking opportunities.
We are looking for people who thrive in a fast paced and sales-oriented environment with a desire to truly impact the business they work in. Individuals should be self-motivated, sales oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
Starting location: Davenport, IA, Dubuque, IA or Cedar Rapids, IA. Relocation in Iowa will be required following the first year of training. Preference is given to those with the most geographic flexibility.
