Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) is seeking a Chief Clinical BCBA to lead and elevate our early childhood ABA clinic.

This is not a standard BCBA role.
This is a clinical leadership opportunity.

We are a locally owned, BCBA-led organization committed to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA. Our early childhood program is growing — and we are looking for a confident clinical leader who wants to shape culture, mentor clinicians, and build something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

As Chief Clinical BCBA, you will:

  • Provide clinical oversight of our early childhood ABA clinic
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
  • Ensure high-quality assessment and treatment planning
  • Maintain ethical and evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Support program growth and clinical excellence
  • Help shape systems, training standards, and supervision models

You will have a voice at the leadership table — not just a caseload.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $85,000–$90,000 salary (based on experience)

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA certification (required)
  • 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred
  • Experience in early childhood ABA clinic settings
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervision experience
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
