Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) is seeking a Chief Clinical BCBA to lead and elevate our early childhood ABA clinic.
This is not a standard BCBA role.
This is a clinical leadership opportunity.
We are a locally owned, BCBA-led organization committed to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA. Our early childhood program is growing — and we are looking for a confident clinical leader who wants to shape culture, mentor clinicians, and build something meaningful.
What You’ll Do
As Chief Clinical BCBA, you will:
- Provide clinical oversight of our early childhood ABA clinic
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
- Ensure high-quality assessment and treatment planning
- Maintain ethical and evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes
- Support program growth and clinical excellence
- Help shape systems, training standards, and supervision models
You will have a voice at the leadership table — not just a caseload.

Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000–$90,000 salary (based on experience)

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred
- Experience in early childhood ABA clinic settings
- Demonstrated leadership or supervision experience
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
