Our internship opportunities this summer in Iowa will be located in Des Moines and West Des Moines.

Position Overview:
The goal of our internship program is to provide invaluable practical experience within a professional setting. We are committed to mentoring ambitious, career-oriented students, and fostering a deeper comprehension of the business landscape; to provide an atmosphere that encourages the development of specific skill sets that will enhance the students’ value to future employers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and compile data as directed by the supervisor.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to develop ideas for process improvement.
- Participate in job shadowing and attend department meetings.
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assist in the development and execution of projects under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the internship.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Position Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics (Data Analysis), Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Multi-Media Video Production/Film or related field.
- Availability to be in the office Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday, June 1st, 2026 to Thursday, August 6th, 2026.
- Must be experienced in using Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must display a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.
