We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team.

General Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Associate role is an entry-level, development-focused position designed as part of the company’s Sales Launchpad Program. This role blends core responsibilities of Account Strategist and Sales & Marketing Partner positions, providing structured training and hands-on experience across sales execution and marketing engagement.

Individuals in this role will develop foundational skills in consultative selling, customer engagement, pipeline development, and marketing solution support while receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship, and formal training. This position is intended to prepare associates for future placement into roles such as Account Strategist, Sales & Marketing Partner, or other sales- and marketing-focused positions.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, digital interactions, and chat 
  • Establish and maintain rapport with B2B prospects and customers provided by the company 
  • Support account expansion and renewal efforts using consultative sales techniques 
  • Identify customer needs and pain points to surface upselling and growth opportunities 
  • Assist with customer onboarding, product adoption, and retention efforts 
  • Present targeted marketing and product solutions aligned with customer goals 
  • Support development of proposals, sales presentations, and customer-facing materials 
  • Participate in go-to-market initiatives and promotional campaigns 
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts 
  • Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and manage sales opportunities 
  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer records to support forecasting and reporting 
  • Shadow experienced sales and marketing professionals to gain real-world exposure 
  • Actively participate in coaching sessions, training programs, and performance feedback 
  • Demonstrate continuous learning, skill development, and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–1 year of experience in inside sales, account management, marketing, or customer experience (preferred, not required)
  • Foundational understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and customers
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
