RAGBRAI Truck Driver Assignment

RAGBRAI Truck Driver Opportunity:

The University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital is seeking a RAGBRAI Truck Driver to assist with transportation on July 18th from approximately 8 a.m. to no later than 6:30 p.m. and then again on July 25th from approximately 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This driving assignment will pay $350 total. 

Duties include:

  • Pick up the rental pick-up truck with bike rack attached from Hertz.
  • Drive the vehicle with team to the designated drop-off location in Onawa, Iowa and back to Iowa City on July 18th. 
  • Drive to final RAGBRAI location in Dubuque, Iowa to pick up the team and back to Iowa City on July 25th.
     

Additional details:

  • The driver may be responsible for covering certain expenses (fuel) upon returning vehicle.
    • All expenses will be reimbursed after completion of the trips.
