Accounts Payable Associate
Are you graduating soon and looking for a great opportunity to work hands-on in an accounting department? Rainbo Oil Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate who’s eager to learn, build real-world experience, and grow their accounting knowledge in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
In this role you will:
- Open, sort, and organize incoming invoices across multiple business units
- Enter, scan, and route invoices for approval
- Reconcile vendor statements and help resolve discrepancies
- Use Excel to track, analyze, and report expense data
- Assist with year-end accounting and reporting tasks
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Provide responsive, customer-focused support to vendors and internal partners
What We’re Looking For
- Recent or upcoming college graduate (accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with numbers and willingness to learn accounting processes
- Basic Excel skills (training and support provided)
- Previous accounts payable experience is helpful but not required
