Nutrition Assistant

University of Iowa Athletics is seeking motivated students to assist with production of smoothies, stocking Fueling Stations, meal service, and other nutrition operations needs.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of smoothies and energy bites using standardized recipes.
• Delivery of Fueling Station items to various athletic department facilities using university vehicle.
• Following food safety protocols to maintain clean work environment and ensure safe production of food.
• Other duties as assigned.
