General Real Estate Appraiser
Rally Appraisal (www.rallyappraisal.com), a regional real estate appraisal firm with a footprint across five states, is seeking to hire and train a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser for the Bettendorf, IA area.
This position would train out of our office in Bettendorf, IA. The training period typically lasts 18 months and includes a salaried compensation structure. Upon certification, the role transitions to commission-based pay, offering a significant increase in earning potential for individuals who demonstrate initiative, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
Ideal timing for this position would be Fall 2026, but we are flexibile and would consider both December 2026 and May 2027 graduates.
Qualifications:

Compensation:
Appraiser Trainee - $40,000 during the training period. Average income of experienced (3-5 years in role) Rally Certified Residential Appraisers is $130,000+.
