About the program:

Join a training and development program that teaches real business skills: sales, finance, leadership, and entrepreneurship, while making a meaningful impact in your community. We’re hiring young professionals for our Summer 2027 cohort in Bettendorf, Iowa to join a full training and mentorship program that leads directly to a licensed Financial Advisor role for top performers.

Why this training and development program:

  • Team-based office culture where you can learn alongside peers and grow together.
  • Structured, hands-on mentorship from experienced advisors and market leaders.
  • Real-world experience building client relationships, delivering tailored financial plans, and developing a business—no prior advising experience required.
  • Licensing and credential support (Life & Health Insurance license, SIE, Series 6/63/7, CFP prep) with financial assistance for professional designations.
  • Clear pathway to leadership and business ownership—this is a career with equity, not a job.

What you’ll learn and do:

  • Award-winning training in financial planning, sales, and practice management.
  • Work directly with clients—conduct discovery meetings, develop and present tailored financial plans, and guide clients toward their goals.
  • Learn how to build your own pipeline through authentic relationship development, market development, community engagement, and referrals.
  • Partner with experienced advisors in joint appointments and receive hands-on coaching.
  • Create a business plan and access market development resources, expense allowances, and operational support.
  • Expand your skills through continuous professional development and move into leadership or specialty roles as you progress.

Compensation and benefits:

  • Weekly activity stipend plus commission to reward both effort and results.
  • Renewable income opportunities, bonus programs, and expense allowances.
  • Paid for licensing and credentialing (Life & Health Insurance license, SIE, Series 6, Series 63, Series 7) and CFP preparation.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Local market support, training resources, and ongoing professional development.
