Devops Engineer

GALAXY i TECHNOLOGIES, looking for DevOps Engineer (Fulltime) position. For the below Job responsibilities. This employment will serve as Fulltime associated with the academic program. DevOps will be responsible for installation, configuration, customization, and training of project personnel on the usage of development and operations toolsets in support of source code management, work item tracing, builds, deployments, and automated testing. Learn the architecture of all the applications to help trouble shoot any issued for each applications, Proficient in Ant, Shell and Perl Scripting. Should be familiar with Code Management Tools like Clear case. SCM Process regarding Build, Release and Source Code management. Installed Subversion/Git and perform all necessary day-to-day Subversion/Git support for projects. Migrate code repository from CVS to Subversion. Configured subversion with cruise control to perform automated builds. Define and implement branching methodology for SVN (Subversion), Integrate JIRA with Subversion and resolved issues with JIRA. Install, configure and administer CI tools Hudson and Jenkins for automated builds. Working with technologies including Maven, ANT, Urban Code, Rational Team Concert, Linux and Cloud Technologies such as Amazon Web Services. Deploying the content cloud platform on Amazon AWS using Open stack, EC2, S3, and EBS. Evaluate Chef and Puppet framework and tools to automate the cloud deployment and operations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. In addition, it is our understanding that the student will be authorized to accept this FULLTIME OR PRACTICUM under United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services regulation governing Nonimmigrant Students (F-1) Optional Practical Training (OPT) and Curricular Practical Training (CPT) programs.
