Marketing Summer Intern (Summer 2020)

Marketing Intern
Description of Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to maximize ticket revenue and promote community events
  • Assist with the organization and implementation of activities at each home game, as well as special theme night promotions throughout the season
  • Execute all on field promotions and fan engagement activities
  • Organize execution of all sponsor promotions
  • Assist with scheduling special guests and entertainment acts
  • Assist with special events and mascot/player appearances
  • Interns are required to work all 32 home games ranging from 10-12 hours per shift
  • Office hours on non game days will be around 4 hours per day Monday-Friday

COMPENSATION:
  • Monthly compensation
  • Housing provided

Since the Sabre Dogs are not an accredited academic institution, we cannot offer academic credit to a student. Alternatively, we work with student interns and their institution to fulfill any requirements the student would need to receive academic credit. Our preference is to hire student interns that are concurrently enrolled in an academic internship program. To obtain credit hours for this internship position, candidates must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an academic internship course through their college or university that will run concurrently with this internship opportunity.
