Purpose of the Position: Assist Youth Services Manager, Behavior Support Specialists, and Youth Services Support Team with various tasks to improve the quality of services provided to participants.

Internship Hours: Monday-Friday Daytime hours
Minimum of 5 hours weekly
Job Functions or Goals:
1. Work with Youth Services Manager to build on current services and enhance current service quality.
2. Assist Youth Services Manager in developing and leisure activities for youth with disabilities.
3. Build on and establish new relationships with community-based organizations related to youth development.
4. Assist with implementation of program curriculum and community-based activities.
5. Track barriers and successes during implementation process.
Physical/Sensory/Cognitive Requirements:
Time will be spent on a computer sitting for extended periods of time. Sitting and use of fine motor skills is required regularly as is the utilization of hearing and vision with the ability to collaborate and orchestrate in a variety of environments.
The capacity to differentiate between various levels of confidentiality and act accordingly is necessary.
