Social Media and Marketing Intern for Aesthetics and Dermatology Boutique Practice- Chicago West Loop

As a new thriving practice, lead by Stanford University trained Board Certified Dermatologist, we always welcome applications for the Marketing Intern. You must be passionate about skin and health, have a team spirited disposition, and can-do attitude, and are able to enjoy working in a fast paced high caliber medical environment.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Clear understanding & execution of company’s vision, mission and strategic objectives for a comprehensive digital marketing & mobile strategy program to build brand awareness, recruit new clients, increase sales and ROI
  • Create and execute a digital marketing calendar that supports new product launches; product campaigns and monthly focus; awards; current events and national holidays via e-mail blasts, homepage tile updates, social media, and YouTube
  • Develop creative methods, tools, and communication – with a clear understanding of our brand voice – to drive consumers to our e-com site & retail partner sites
  • Oversee routine QA of sites to ensure accuracy of product data & assets, and to increase visibility
  • Integrate digital programs with brick & mortar promotions to strategically drive sales & awareness
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, marketing analytics, traffic and conversion data
  • Regularly measure ad performance via Google analytics
  • Create & manage e-mail blasts
  • Manage Web, Social Media and digital retail partners, finding creative ways to enhance client experience and drive sales
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, PR and social and teams re: assets & consistent story-telling
  • Work with team to manage e-mail service provider; building and overseeing e-mail lists, deliverability issues, metrics, etc.
  • Manage www.mdaestheticsderm.com content via wordpress software
  • Analyze all aspects of e-mail effectiveness (subject lines, content, content placement, design, click-thrus, etc.)
  • Oversee creation of professional division website
