With opportunities from Human Resource to Production an individual will gain knowledge and practical experience that will build and develop him or her for their chosen industry. Prime & Prim lay the foundation for individuals to gain experience in the fashion, entertainment and business industry.

Forward-thinking, fast paced company looking to hire an intern with a strong knowledge and understanding of production in media to ensure creative development to take the company to the next level. We are currently redesigning our social media campaign, therefore the intern hired for this position will need a creative eye for production and editing skills, in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist production staff in developing relevant video content for online streaming, social media, website, and other platforms.

- Produce and edit video content that adhere to company guidelines and standards to share on website and social media.

- Communicate with writers, directors, managers and other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the project.

- Provide assistance as needed in all components of the production, including sound, lighting, camera, editing and post production.

- Proficient in technology and equipment used to produce productions.

Requirements:

- Education/ work experience with an emphasis on Production of media.

- Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety.

- Exhibits personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, creative, and adaptability.

- Prefers challenges, fast pace, new ideas, future focus, and unstructured environment.

- Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and organizational skills.

Strong oral, creative, editing, interactive, and production skills. Proficient with production technology and equipment. Able to assess needs on set before they arise. Confident and creative personality.
