Based in San Francisco, our clientele is diversified from East to West Coast with the unified goal of creating your best brand. Client include Restaurants, Wineries, and Hospitality brands.
About Ideal Intern Candidate:
The ideal candidate is ambitious, curious, a self-starter, a team player, hungry to learn and take on new challenges and experiences. At the same time, you must be organized, detail oriented, a strong writer, independent (as most of the work is done off site remote), and familiar with current social media channels and trends and open to learn and take on new challenges.
Pinterest (Tailwinds managing Pinterest posts)
Ideally someone who can manage adds for FB/IG/Pinterest and google ad works (not necessary but a plus).
Square Space & Wordpress experience ideal, but NOT necessary (can be trained).
Google Ad Words (NOT necessary but ideal)
SEO knowledge or interest in learning (NOT necessary but ideal)
- Role is unpaid so must be currently enrolled in college and be able to receive college credit.
- Applicant must love food, wine & travel and have a passion that is contagious.
-A minimal 3-month internship time commitment is required, with at least 2-weeks notice requested if plans change and the student decides to leave the role.
Intern Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Social Media:
o Posting on social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest
o Writing/creating unique, impactful for social media posts (Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest). Familiar with engaging on social media to increase followers to accounts.
o Create 1-2 blog posts a month on Squarespace (if you’re not familiar with Squarespace you can be trained).
o Managing a communications/marketing calendar for social media posts.
- Event Planning:
o Attend client events at local restaurants or wine country destinations
o Be social and enjoy engaging with clients and guests at events.
o Run monthly reports in excel and social media platform Sprout Social.
o Run monthly reports pulling google rank for blog posts.
o Familiar or interested in learning about Google SEO & Google AdWords
o Familiar or able to learn about YouTube
