Internship/Practicum

VNA Foundation offers internships and practicums to students who are interested in learning about health philanthropy (writing and reviewing grants), public health, community assessment, health inequities, social determinants of health and health policy. Opportunities include grant proposal review, assisting with special projects that focus on medically underserved populations, collaborating with other metro Chicago stakeholders, and networking. Interns are able to pursue an activity that interests them, and through which they can learn and hone their skills in planning, evaluation, fundraising, communication, etc.
