Entry Level Recruiter

A HireStrategy client is seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Recruiter to join their growing firm in D.C.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Engage in outbound college recruitment sourcing methods
  • Participate in career fairs and various recruitment outings
  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements
  • Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs.Review and analyze resumes
  • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork
 
Qualifications:
  • Passion and interest in making an impact through recruitment for a growing organization
  • 0-3 years of recruiting experience
  • Ambition and drive to achieve goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with a variety of clients and members
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
