Entry Level Recruiter
A HireStrategy client is seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Recruiter to join their growing firm in D.C.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in outbound college recruitment sourcing methods
- Participate in career fairs and various recruitment outings
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements
- Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs.Review and analyze resumes
- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork
Qualifications:
- Passion and interest in making an impact through recruitment for a growing organization
- 0-3 years of recruiting experience
- Ambition and drive to achieve goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with a variety of clients and members
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
