Talent Booking Agent (Event Marketing Industry)

The PUSH Agency is seeking organized, driven, and innovative Talent Booking Agents in our corporate office located in Tempe, AZ. PUSH is the nation's largest experiential marketing event staffing company in North America and offers an unrivaled office environment and culture. As a Booking Agent, you will be focused on booking staff and talent for nationwide marketing campaigns/events. Examples of events we staff range everywhere from trade shows to in-store samplings, sporting events, and more. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about the event industry!
THE ROLE
  • Working with your assigned customers to select the very best promotional staff for each assignment.
  • The recruiting, enrolling, and training of the promotional staff over the phone, over email, and occasionally in person.
  • The booking and management of the chosen promotional staff for assignments nationwide.
  • The evaluation/recording/processing of all promotional staff after completion of each assignment.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and talent.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Strongly Preferred (Recent Grads, we would love to meet you!)
  • Ideally, 1-3 Years Customer Service/Sales Experience
  • Strong functional knowledge of social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment.
  • Effective communication with colleagues in a diverse, positive, culture-centered work environment.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines and complex tasks in a fast paced setting along with attention to detail, persistence and follow through.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with talking on the phone and the ability to carry on a business conversation with decision makers
