Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic and we are looking for a full time physical therapist who will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosis patients, and designing their plan of care. The candidate will also be responsible at re-assessing the patient on a timely manner and revising the plan of care as needed. The candidate will provide direct supervision to a physical therapist assistant as needed, and will also partner with fellow PTs to ensure the patient gets the best care possible. The candidate is responsible for keeping a coherent and accurate documentation in a timely manner as well, and will maintain good correspondence with patients’ providers as indicated.

We have a 5,000 sq ft facility with 5 private treatment rooms. We provide one-on-one sessions, each are 1 hour long, to ensure proper assessment and re-assessment during each follow-up visits. We focus on evidence-based exercises and manual therapy techniques. We see a variety of cases including, but not limited to, sports and orthopedic, neuromuscular and musculoskeletal, lymphedema, vestibular, work comp and pediatric cases. We perform Functional Capacity Evaluation and Work Conditioning in our facility as well.
