Service Supply Chain Master Scheduler (Req 119445)

Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will have a collaborative & proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to think in a broad scope. This position is highly visible, presenting to senior management and executives on a regular basis and includes total supply chain collaboration including sales, marketing, planning and logistics. Analyze historical data to develop statistical lifecycle demand curves and/or forecast models for specific commodities / regions. The best candidate will have a broad skill set including strong relationship management and negotiations skills, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment and deep curiosity about how things work. Willing to challenge the status quo in order to help improve existing workflows and processes to optimize supply chain operations. You will work with internal client peers of all sizes and must have sufficient presence and communication skills to drive progress. This is not a typical production master schedule function. This is for the service business with unique challenges and in this environment master schedule functions as a venue for key decision making, information sharing, and tracking & monitoring of KPIs for service supply chain.
  • Collaborates with a wide cross-functional teams within the organization including sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and finance.
  • Schedules and facilitates the monthly Master Schedule meeting.
  • Produces and publishes correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, meeting minutes associated with Master Schedule.
  • Tracks the actions from each Master Schedule and reports the progress.
  • Support various data analytical activities such as historical demand and install base trend, parts response time, spares delivery performances, 12 month forecast outlook, etc.
  • Develops a working knowledge of the company's service products and processes.
 

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical capability and statistics skills.
  • Self-driven with a passion for solving complex business problems
  • Ability to distill large and complex information down to simple, easy to understand terms and conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize database, SQL and Excel skills to collect, organize, and analyze data to support forecasting efforts
  • Play a leadership role in the standardization of deliverables; ensure adherence to commitments
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional operational initiatives. Identify process and systems gaps and partner with Milestone and the Clients operations and Capacity planning teams to drive business results.
 

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS or BA, preferably in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics
  • Be able to work well within a team as well as having a strategic mindset and being enthusiastic as an individual
  • Advanced Excel capabilities e.g. Pivot tables, chart creation, and presentation of data
  • Analytical, detail- focused, organized, focused and strong presentation skills required
  • Confident in your ability to present to Executive levels within the organization.
  • Possess the ability to make timely and well-informed decisions based on data analysis
