Overview
We are currently accepting applications for our Summer 2019 camp experience. Our overnight summer camp is in Northeast Pennsylvania which is located just 2 ½ hours from New York City and Philadelphia.

Qualifications
We are looking for passionate people who have a combination of the expertise is in their area and the maturity, flexibility and good judgment needed to work with our campers. A lifeguard position at the Waterfront requires an American Red Cross Certification. We are also looking for lifeguards with water ski instructing abilities. Applicants must also have the desire to be part of a camp community and do more than just lifeguard. Our Waterfront staff is part of a team of people working to create a positive environment for young children.

Our Program
Trail’s End is an all-around camp that includes a strong Waterfront program. Our program challenges the abilities and interests of all campers in the most supportive and encouraging environment. Our Waterfront includes paddle boating, motor boats, and our extensive Aquapark. Each summer over 200 staff members are chosen and will travel from all over the world to take part in the Trail's End Experience. As a member of our staff, you will be part of the team of people who creates a positive environment for everyone that lives in our community. We have a  50% staff return rate which is a testament to how hard we work to provide you with an experience of a lifetime. Salary
Trail’s End offers a competitive salary that is based on age and experience. Our staff will receive their salary in addition to a travel reimbursement. Room and Board are included.
Responsibilities
Our Waterfront staff is responsible for being alert of campers and counselor. Staff must be able to care and maintain Waterfront equipment as well as being able to supervise multiple personnel (camper, counselors). Our staff must have extensive knowledge about practicing safety in the water.
