Account Executive
Vanguard Energy Services, LLC is a regionally focused full-service retail energy marketer focused on selling natural gas and electric risk management products to commercial and industrial (C&I) clientele.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an Account Executive position at our Corporate office located in Naperville, IL. We are seeking aggressive, self-confident, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to succeed. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate with Facility Managers, Business Managers up to the CEO level with the goal of effectively positioning our products and services. This entry-level position will be instrumental in building our sales pipeline by uncovering leads and developing qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities:
· Proactively prospect to potential clients by phone, email or other marketing campaigns
· Execute daily outbound calls
· Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
· Maintain prospect calls and account information in Salesforce
· Attend trade shows and other network events
Qualifications:
- Must win attitude with a sense of urgency, work ethic and desire to exceed goals
- Bachelor’s degree
- Use of a PC, Excel, Word, Power Point and Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and aggressive, disciplined, confident attitude will be a plus for this opportunity

· Base salary with uncapped residual commission structure
