Franchisees are granted the right to operate a business that provides residential and commercial indoor environmental testing using the name “AirMD” and our system of operating procedures.
Each AirMD franchise is considered a "location" owned by a franchisee, who will be certified and trained to operate the local franchised business.
The demographics of each franchise is based on population with a goal of 500,000 to 1M, excluding commercial population or number of commercial companies within a territory.

The franchisee's success is a formula based on the “multiplier effect” of the franchise location and other factors, including:

· local SEO to create residential and commercial accounts
· local advertising to the market
· following the roadmap provided by the franchisor
The potential for each franchise location, using only one consultant, is to service up to 20 blocks of time (2 hours per block) in one calendar week.
The multiplier effect is when a franchisee adds additional environmental consultants to expand within the territory. There is no limit to the number of consultants a franchisee can employ within one territory, provided the consultants are certified in mold, lead and asbestos by AirMD LLC.
