Customer Service Co Op- Summer 2019

Title: Customer Service Co-Op
Reports to: Customer Service Manager

ISlide, Inc. is looking for a creative, dedicated, organized, high-energy professional to join the team. This position will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on business experience working in a driven and fun environment to provide custom premium footwear. Purpose: To gain valuable, hands-on experience in the sales force. Co-op candidates will be be participating in the following tasks relating to sales.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact between consumer and ISlide employees
  • Manage our live chat consumer inquiry portal
  • Collect and process all order payments
  • Bill all Team, Wholesale, and Dropship orders
  • Assist customers with any problems that hinder their experience
  • Help out with general needs of the office, be a team player

Qualifications
  • Enrolled in Operations, Hospitality, Business Management, or Entrepreneurship degree
  • Interest in footwear, athletics, and business

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
  • Enthusiastic and strong work ethic
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Ambitious, team player, and creative!!!
