Title: Customer Service Intern

This internship will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on business experience working with the hottest new start-up footwear company. Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn and participate in the entire operations process of ISlide
- Assist the customer service team in acting as the main point of contact between consumers and ISlide employees
- Support the customer service team in the management of our live chat consumer inquiry portal and the ISlide Customer Service email account
- Assist and support the customer service team with attending to customer questions, concerns, and needs through positive and effective communication with customers and partners
- Create mock-up orders for consumers
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Operations, Hospitality, Business Management, or Entrepreneurship degree
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
- Enthusiastic and strong work ethic
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Flexible and able to handle multiple projects at one time
Schedule and Compensation
- 40 hours per week during summer.
- Unpaid internship
