Vision & Purpose of Role: To help fulfill the Great Commission by growing as a Christ-like leader who launches and builds campus movements so that collegiate and high school students and faculty of every culture have the opportunity to respond to the gospel, be involved in a movement on their campus and become equipped for a lifetime of ministry.
Reports to: Team leader(s) for ministry direction & shepherding and trainer for ongoing training and development.
Skills and Abilities:
● Live a life of surrender to the lordship of Christ
● Demonstrate a faith-filled and learner’s posture
● Dynamic determination, intellectual flexibility, character, and emotional well-being
● Ability to partner and work collaboratively with others

Essential Responsibilities:
● Love the Lord by maintaining a consistent spiritual walk through a robust prayer life, regular study of God’s Word, walking in the power of the Holy Spirit & fellowship with other believers.
● Love your team by honoring the norms established by your team and participating in required team activities set by team leader (e.g., prayer, meetings, social events, etc.)
● Launch and build movements of multiplying disciples:
○ Take the initiative to share Christ with students and faculty within your scope and coaching others to do the same.
○ Engage in personal follow-up and discipleship with new Christians and coaching movement leaders to do likewise in order to build spiritual multipliers.
○ Coach student, faculty, and volunteer-led movement leaders.
○ Work with your team leader to identify your role in the scope of your team -- geographic, ethnic, global -- in reaching the students and faculty of the world.
● Learn a new culture by participating in required cultural training, being a humble learner and taking steps of faith to cross cultures within your context.
● Line-up resources:
○ Cultivate and maintain a healthy ministry partnership team in order to fund your personal ministry. (We train and coach you in this.)
○ Communicate regularly with your team leaders and submit requested info. (e.g., statistics, clearing MinistryCard reports, etc.) in a timely fashion.
● Complete required ministry training (i.e., CORE Training) within the timeframe given.

Desired Results:
● Multiplying disciples who pioneer, launch, and build movements in order to reach your geographic, ethnic and global scope.
● Contribute to your team’s faith goals for:
○ Gospel conversations.
○ Increasing the number of ethnic minority leaders.
○ Students and faculty sent to launch in the U.S. and globally.
