Sales-Emerging Leaders Camp (Sophomores)

DESCRIPTION

You’ll learn about how P&G consults with its partners to develop joint business plans for our retail customers. From Day 1, our strategic selling professionals lead in-market strategies across multiple categories and brands. You’ll experience firsthand how our selling teams shape this strategy by drawing on creative and data-driven insights. Our objective is to position our Company, our Customers, and our Shoppers to win.

Our focus is to expose you to the types of opportunities available within strategic selling, from internships to full-time positions. All sophomore candidates will have the opportunity to interview for a Sales internship in summer 2020.


QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates must:
- Be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in their sophomore year of an undergraduate program
- Have and maintain high academic standards within their institution (considered in the top 20% of academic peers)
- Possess analytical thinking and skills
- Have an external focus and a real passion for strategic selling
- Be willing to travel and relocate throughout their career
