Human Resources Summer Internship

CommScope is offering an opportunity for select students, seeking degrees in Business Administration or Science with a focus on Psychology, Human Resources or Instructional or Curriculum Design, to join our Rotational Internship Program. The intern will gain exposure to Talent Management and Acquisition HR functions and business teams within CommScope.
 
The intern will rotate through the Talent Acquisition and Global Learning team that are within the Talent Management function. The project is a global opportunity and will work towards developing final training curriculum for distribution to hiring managers and human resource professionals around the world
 
Education & Skills
  • Currently pursuing a BS, BA or Master’s degree in areas focusing on Human Resources or Psychology from an accredited university
  • Junior or Senior (if pursuing Master’s immediately upon graduation) standing preferable
  • Experience speaking or writing in a foreign language
  • G.P.A. 3.2 or higher
  • Has a solid basic understanding of Human Resources terms and concepts
  • Possesses a high energy level, strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • Has strong inter-personal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Course work or professional work related to Talent Acquisition or Learning and Development
  • The ability to analyze external and internal HR data, understand how to gather information to present to leadership, and partner to formulate a proposal with department mentors
