CCBHC Project Coordinator

Seasons is a comprehensive Behavioral Health Center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in Northwest Iowa. We are excited for a new opportunity to become a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic! We are currently seeking a self-motivated and charismatic individual to be our CCBHC Project Coordinator.

The CCBHC Project Coordinator will:
·        Assist with the collection, tracking, and reporting of program data
·        Plan, coordinate, and facilitate community events and activities, as well as participating in events hosted by other agencies
·        Develop and implement workflow processes that align with project objectives and existing policies and procedures
·        Work collaboratively with program and agency staff to ensure program fidelity and compliance
·        Facilitate communication throughout the program ensure collaboration between program services and data management
·        Interact with internal and external entities to provide information and awareness on project topics as well as mental and substance abuse health issues
·        Participate in program evaluations with external evaluators, to ensure the projects strategies are being implemented accurately and the intended outcomes are achieved

Requirements:
·        A Bachelor’s degree in business management, human services, or a related field is required
·        At least 1 year of experience in program development is required
·        2 year of experience working in the human services field is preferred
·        Must have excellent computer and communication skills
·        Must be highly organized and a self-starter
·        Some travel is required for this positions so a valid driver’s license is required
