Seasons is a comprehensive Behavioral Health Center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in Northwest Iowa. We are currently seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to lead our CCBHC program as the CCBHC Project Director.
The CCBHC Project Director will:
· Lead the management and implementation of the project goals and objectives
· Participate in collaborative meetings and activities to evaluate and improve program services
- Oversee the management of clients currently receiving services as well as the identification and recruitment of potential clients
- Assist with the hiring, training, and management of all program staff
- Coordinate and facilitate program trainings, planning and review meetings, and marketing and outreach activities
- Oversee the required data collection and tracking of project activities
- Ensure program services and activities are compliant with all state and federal regulations, agency policies and procedure, and associated accreditations and certifications
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or Business is required, a Master’s degree is preferred
- A least two years of experience working in the behavioral health field is required
- Experience managing others is required
- Must be highly organized and computer literate
- Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
- Some travel is required for this positions so a valid driver’s license is required
