Host Home Contract Supervisor

In this position you will:
- Cultivate, build and maintain positive relationships with independent contractors, family members and other stake holders in the community
- Ensure the quality and personalization of services
- Monitor contracts and regulatory compliance for services provided
This position will generally work 8a-5p, however some evening and weekend work may be needed to support the service delivery in the Mosaic at Home department. This position will also share on call responsibilities with team members in the department.
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum of two years of related work experience.
- Previous experience working with people with intellectual disabilities preferred.
