Business Analyst

·    3+ Years professional experience as a business systems analyst
·        Prior professional experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry is required (alternately, we’ll consider experience with Life insurance).
·        Excellent communications skills
·        Experience interacting with customers to elicit requirements
·        Experience interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents
·        Experience collaborating with Development and QA teams
·        Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
·        Guidewire experience is preferred
·        Experience working with third-party vendors is preferred, but optional
·        Experience working with XML files to troubleshoot system integration issues is preferred, but optional
