Onboarding Specialist Core Job Responsibilities
·        Deliver superior service to internal employees and maintain a high level of process quality and
consistency while onboarding consultants and contractors.
·        Administer and own the on-boarding process for new hires.
·        Initiate, monitor and complete the electronic onboarding process through our Bullhorn system.
·        Process and track client requirements when required by the client (background checks, drug tests,
client documents).
·        Update the field on the status of a new hire; client requirements completed, new hire paperwork
sent out and returned.
·        Field calls to appropriate departments when on-boarding a new hire.
·        Review MSA’s for new and existing clients to gather client requirements and manage client
requirement data/spreadsheet.
·        Complete the renewal and audit process for clients to ensure conformity to client needs.
·        Set up vendor packages with background check and drug test companies when it is needed for a
new client.
·        Complete the FCRA process when needed for new hires.
·        Administer the I-9 process and ensure ACS is compliant with Federal laws and ensure that I-9’s are
returned within 72 hours.
·        Participate and use E-verify as part of the hiring process to check the work status of new hires
electronically.
·        Partner with back office teams to ensure that new hires are setup appropriately for time entry,
payroll, benefits, etc.
·        Assist Operations or HR management with projects as assigned.
·        Provide backup coverage for the receptionist when needed.

Onboarding Specialist Job Requirements
·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·        Reliable and dedicated to delivering high levels of customer service
·        Dependable and flexible
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
·        Excellent organizational skills
  • Ethical, fair and professional conduct on all candidate, client and peer interactions
  • Can work independently with limited supervision and interact well with all levels of management
