General Summary
Support CommScope's Connectivity Solutions business unit’s market development team to deliver the highest priority product innovation initiatives by gathering industry requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend business/technical solutions. Participate in collaborative teams spanning both business and technology to drive unified product innovation and commercialization strategies with clear Economic Value Add to the business.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements
  • Coordinating communication between program team members and functional departments
  • Coordinating project team meetings.
  • Assisting in ongoing maintenance of the project schedule and development of week status reports.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with project team members to obtain project objectives.
  • Updating project documentation and reports.
  • Project management responsibilities for 1-2 program workstreams

  • Possess an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct analysis and formulate conclusions based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis using a variety of tools including secondary research, interviews and surveys
  • Exercise and embrace innovation, creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Express enthusiasm to enhance your own development, both professionally and personally.
  • Ability to make effective oral presentations and prepare concise written reports/presentations to a variety of audiences.

  • A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • High level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency
