The Associate Investment Advisor position at Passage Global Capital Management offers a unique opportunity to assist in the growth of our asset management firm.

We are looking for college graduates in the fields of finance, business, economics, marketing, and sales who are interested in helping with the business development efforts of our quantitative investment firm, which strives to use data and large-scale machine learning techniques to model and understand the financial world around us.  

This person will be responsible for lead-generation and business development as well as the servicing of new and existing client relationships. As part of this opportunity, you will work directly with the firm’s Managing Principles and Investment Advisors, who will become your mentors throughout the life of the position. In addition to working closely with industry experts in their niche market, you will have access to training courses that are designed to educate you and to prepare you to successfully pass all the exams that are required to become a fully registered Investment Advisor Representative.

Education: Bachelor's degree minimum: Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
