Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will be given the opportunity to demonstrate creative thinking, develop project management skills, and learn how to perform with an agile marketing team. Participating in the coordination of traditional and digital marketing projects, the Marketing Intern will be able advance their understanding and skills in Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Google Analytics, Print Production, Public Relations, and Event Planning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support Marketing team with Digital, Social, and Traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with Public Relations, Media Outreach, and Event Planning.
  • Coordinate internal communication activities such as the Company Newsletter.
  • Write, edit, and maintain Sales & Marketing materials and collateral.
  • Research and analyze market landscape, customer news, and customer opportunities.
  • Manage marketing inventory.
  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
  • Track and report on marketing and sales metrics 

Requirements:
  • Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Public Relations, or Marketing
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, HTML a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with database (Salesforce, Pardot, Excel) of prospective client information a plus
