The Client Analyst Training Program will provide you with mentoring and training various skills, tasks, and responsibilities to become a productive member of bswift’s client services team. What are the goals 
Our goal is to streamline the entire HR, benefits and payroll process so that it's as efficient and painless as possible. bswift's software was designed with the "non-techie" user in mind — as a result, it is intuitive and easy-to-use for employees, HR Managers and Administrators alike. And our services are designed to ease your burden — not create another one. 
 
Our 6-week Client Analyst Training Program will prepare you for the Client Analyst role and will help to build your analytical, troubleshooting and consulting skills. During this training program, you will: 
·        Configure client sites (including benefit plan rules, details, prices, text and documents)  
·        Conduct regression testing to discover software enhancements or needs  
·        Participate in classroom style daily training & complete daily quizzes on all bswift system related training material  
·        Have hands on troubleshooting scenarios and be expected to take initiative in resolving
·        Present client sites to the bswift leadership team 
·        Learn and be able to complete audits by applying excel skills

What you will do 
After successfully completing the Client Analyst Training Program, your responsibilities will be (but are not limited to): 
·        Configure client sites (including benefit plan rules, details, prices, text and documents)  
·        Test client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality  
·        Conduct regression testing to discover software enhancements or needs  
·        Import data into our system as needed  
·        Audit system data from various sources: produce reports providing a summary and details surrounding the audits  
·        Resolve data discrepancies between bswift and external vendors: insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators, and payroll/HRIS systems  
·        Assist with ad hoc client projects as needed and assigned  
·        Participate in annual open enrollment by assisting the client team with deliverables related to healthcare benefits, life benefits, disability plans and other human resource related services as needed 
·        Troubleshoot issues from internal team members and clients

What you need  
·        Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer 
·        Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel 
·        The ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions 
·        The ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality  
·        To possess a drive for success and growth within a professional career 
·        Be adaptable to change as the business and technology at bswift is always undergoing enhancements
·        Enjoys problem solving and finding root cause of issues

You are eligible if you   
·        Are actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a concentration of business, consulting, human resources, technology or related  
·        Have a cumulative and major GPA of 3.0+ (Desired)
