Sales Reporting Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

Global Atlantic has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual interested in continued career growth to join our team as a Sales Reporting Analyst. The ideal candidate is positive, willing to learn, collaborative and possesses strong attention to detail and time management skills.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and complete accurate, timely reports and analysis and distribute across the business
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by business partners and management
  • Perform routine tasks in maintaining, managing and validating sales databases
  • Analyze reports to identify key drivers of changes and communicate to management
  • Assist in production reporting required to support variable incentive compensation for sales employees, distribution partner bonuses and executive presentations
  • Build and update financial models for sales/budget planning and forecasting
  • Document processes, identify areas for improvement and help implement solutions
  • Research variances in cross-functional reports/data and identify causes or explanations
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet requirements for reporting and analytics

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3+) years of finance, accounting or related experience
  • Display willingness to quickly learn reporting tools, procedures and workflows
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience using Business Objects, Tableau or SAS reporting/analytical tools preferred
  • Experience with data mining, manipulation and analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, work ethic and high level of personal integrity and accountability
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment
