Wage Range: $14 - $18 Reports To: Seed Manager

Primary Responsibilities Overview
· To produce the highest quality native wildflower, grasses, trees and shrubs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Produce High Quality Native Seed
· General Field Labor
- Planting
- Maintenance
o Weeding
o Watering
- Harvest
- Seed Processing/Cleaning
Miscellaneous Duties
· To assist other departments within the company as needed.
· To help keep the seed building clean and organized
· To maintain safe working conditions.
Job Requirements
- Sincere interest in tending to seed production fields.
- Tolerance of working outside in occasionally adverse conditions.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally.
