Real Estate Salesperson

What does this look like?
Prospect for new clients on a daily basis. 
Respond to inbound leads and all communications in a short time window. 
Effective communication skills.
Adherence to contract deadlines.
Practice, memorize and internalize scripts.
Build rapport with clients in order to establish relationships.
Effective time management.
Be organized, systematic and detail-oriented.
Learn the real estate market and the area.
Show homes.
Set up searches for buyers.
Draft contracts for clients.
Attend inspections, walk throughs and closings with clients. 
Qualifications:
Willingness to train on established systems
Ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts
Commitment to learning
Basic computer skills
Must have an Indiana Real Estate license or be willing to get one.
