Project Manager
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing, planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation of various operational and technological projects. This position plays a key role in improving the overall effectiveness of policy, practices and the technology platform for the company.
Essential Job Functions
• Develop a deep understanding of all Bazooka Farmstar operation requirements, which includes a thorough understanding of Macola and any applicable systems and tools to provide ongoing education to system users.
• Seek and recommend new information technology solutions and/or manual changes that support system and data integrity, top line growth and cost control.
• Perform ongoing market research to fully understand market conditions, industry trends and future direction of the industry and related fields.
• Work collaboratively with departmental personnel to implement systems and process change aimed at improving system utilization, sales growth and cost reductions.
• Identify and implement high-quality deliverables as required by each project and develop tools to regularly report measurable results on-time and in a manner consistent with organizational or project goals.
• Participate in and, where appropriate, lead cross functional projects
• Comply with company safety regulations. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Implementation of ERP systems and processes.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be highly motivated and be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
