Water Program Counselor
Programs of Focus - Boating, Sailing, Water Exploration, Fishing & Waterfront Lifeguard Must be 20+ years old Counselors will foster relationships with campers ranging in ages from 7 to 15 years old as they engage in the Sherman Laker experience by building positive relationships, discovering their own strengths and interests and working to progress through various levels of mastery in camp activities. Counselors will promote and role model the development of confidence, independence and HCRR. Water Program Counselors will serve as the lead in their assigned program activity area and a co-counselor in a cabin. Must live on-site during the program sessions. Certifications required prior to start date - CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard
